Saudi Arabia’s Saudi Communications & info Commission has launched a program to IDENTIFY EVERY one CELL PHONE USER in the Kingdom. The process, it appears, is that all subscribers are called for to send their national

ID number and name via SMS. In cases where that info doesn’t match records, the subscriber will be mandatory to show up to a local branch office to sort it all out.
