A new study published that week by the Pew Net & American Life Project found that technology is actually good for “nuclear families.” According to the study, the Net, cell phones, e-mail, IM and Twitter manufacture nuclear families closer by enabling members to stay in touch within times when they’re physically together. But

that same process is additionally breaking down the wall that has separated the “nuclear family” from the “extended family.” considering the whole “nuclear family” institution is all about isolating mom, dad and the kids from grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins, FACEBOOK IS ACTUALLY KILLING THE NUCLEAR FAMILY.
